Did the 2018 Psychic Predictions Come True?

Last November, I asked the psychics what they saw for 2018. These are the major points from their predictions. Some predictions came true. Other predictions may also have come true, but I haven’t heard about them. I’ll note the ones I know. Let me know if you’ve heard about any others. For example, I know Vee’s prediction of a major egg recall came true, but I don’t know if Vice President Pence had a health scare.

In December, I’ll post predictions for 2019.

Morgana Dragonfly’s 2018 Predictions
 
“Spiritual energy transitions are coming into play. Transitions force us to change our habits, our life plan, our direction. They offer lessons to learn.

“In January, The High Priestess opens the door for psychic intuition and for communication with the Higher Self or the spirit, in everybody. If they are willing to listen, the psychic door will open for them.

“February is a month of abundance and growth. It is the most advantageous month for growth and expansion.

“March brings up a lot of hidden stuff. Secrets will come out.

“April brings in The Fool. The Fool tries to teach us faith in something higher, but what he tends to do on an earth level, is make us really stupid about where we are going. We make bad choices. We play the fool.

“May finds us wanting to get away from it all. May might be a good month for trips. Go play somewhere.

“June brings good news.

“July wants us to take a chance in order to make things better in our life. It is a chance.

“August is the month of happy families. This would be the month for the reunion, when family wants to get together. It might be the month of new births in the family or new marriages. A time for family to want to get together.

“September brings new ideas and mind expansion. Everyone gets gung-ho. It’s also the month of going back to school. Learn something new. Open your mind.  

“October The Hermit plays. The Hermit is very anti-social. He says, ‘Look within. Know yourself. Get acquainted with who you are, then you can go out in November and look at everything you’ve got.’

“November brings curiosity for what is outside of the world you know. It’s a month of optimism and hope.

“December . . . we come into the year on a high note. We leave on a low note. There is disappointment. Emotional loss. I don’t know about our high hopes in November. December seems to be very emotionally disappointing.”

Astrologer Larry Martin’s Predictions - “A One Year Wonder”

“We are coming out of the last two years when everyone has felt like their hair was on fire. We are moving into a sequence of events that are going to stun a lot of people. It is going to seem mellow, quiet, calm. As Saturn moves into Capricorn, things are going to make sense again. It’s been thirty years since we have had a cycle like this.

“We are going to see anyone who has been ‘in the swamp,’ as it has been said in the media, being exposed. People in Hollywood, people in Washington, people in all phases of government, big and small. If they have been stealing money, if they have been robbing people blind, if they have been doing things which were, let’s say, ‘arrogant’ or above the law, they are going to be exposed. What we have seen in the last month is the tip of the iceberg. It’s going to explode. [Lots of exposure in 2018.]

“I think the stock market is going to hit 26,000 or 27,000 before the end of 2018. We are going to see extreme erratic behavior out of it. Right now, bubbles are being created. I don’t want to give anyone the impression that the stock market is a safe place to be. It’s not. If you know what you are doing, and you educate yourself, you can make a ridiculous sum of money, but I think you are going to have to be careful. [The stock market hit 26,000, then retreated.]

“We won’t see gold go up any further until the middle of summer.

“We are going to see interest rates go up dramatically. At least four or five increases in interest rates. We could see credit card interest go up five to ten percent. We could see mortgages go up between five and eight percent. I think I’m being conservative. [Interest rates went up.]

“We will see a beginning of the end of the economic jubilation.

“Interest rates will go up. The Federal Reserve will raise interest rates to curb inflation . . . I think they will raise them in March, June, September, and next December; at least four increases. Some increases could be more than 1/4 point. The avalanche after that gives us a very difficult 2019. We should see the recession, which is long overdue, happen in 2019.

“Between now and then, we have these beautiful grand trines in astrology in effect for most of next year. There are no total eclipses. We are still under the umbrella of the one we had in August. Whatever happened to anyone in August, they can look at that event and realize that during 2018, it is going to become harmonized. If it was a bad incident, it is going to be fixed, repaired, made whole, or healed. If it was a great time, or a wonderful thing, they are going to find better or more useful ways to organize it, plan ahead, strategize, and capitalize on it.

“2018 is a one year wonder.

“In 2019, things start hitting the skids . . . Things are going to look dramatically different.

“Without the eclipse activity, we have better weather, but more earthquakes in earthquake-prone areas. We should see more earthquakes in areas that are not earthquake prone.  

“We are seeing and hearing mysterious booms all over the world. They are not caused by supersonic jets. They are caused by the plates shifting in the earth. There is a lot of geocosmic stuff going on.” [I have read about mysterious booms.]

Patricia Kirkman’s 2018 Predictions

2018 will be a “number 2" year. The two year has to do with what is going on relationship-wise. Partnerships. Things of that nature. Sensitivity, more than anything else.

No matter what our personal year is, the two year is our umbrella. We get our personal stuff as umbrella spokes, but the universal year is the umbrella.

People need to help one another. It’s a time of compassion. Drop the negative baggage off at the front door. A time to start opening doors wide so that people can share and care more. I think that will make a big, big difference.

We start out with a lot of communication in January. It’s going to give people ideas for things to do. That will open doors for them.

The most important thing is to allow others to deal with their sensitive side. Sensitivity doesn’t have to be overly sensitive, or insensitive. It could just be compassionate sensitivity.

Psychic Vee’s Predictions

* There will be an impeachment trial for Trump. It will be a very close call, but I don’t believe that it will actually come to fruition. However, other things that he has done will come under extreme scrutiny.

* Jared Kushner will be asked to leave the White House. Eventually he and Ivanka will disappear, probably within two years. They may be asked to leave by the summer of 2018, as impeachment talks are increasing. They may leave voluntarily by September or October 2018.

* North Korea will attempt an attack, but will be thwarted by the U.S. Trump will take full credit when it is actually his generals who made the decision without, necessarily, his permission. He will take credit for that. North Korea is building up for war because they are pissed at Trump. They don’t really have the technology. I heard “Alaska.” There will be casualties. It will piss Trump off.

* Vice President Pence will have a health scare. It may, or may not, affect his ability to serve.

* Joe Biden is going to run. Trump will run as well. If Biden runs, Biden will win. No one else in the Democratic party has the power of Biden.

* Hillary knew she wasn’t going to win. She will act as an advisor as to what not to do and will support Joe Biden. So will Obama. He will endorse him 100%. So will Michelle. Michelle will come out supporting Biden. She really loves the Bidens; really, really loves them.

Joe Biden is going to have to get physically prepared to make sure he can handle the strain of running. He will not be “healed,” but he will be able to move forward regarding the death of his son.

* A planet will be discovered in 2018.

* Facebook will announce a new social media format. Some new social media platform. It will be like Facebook 2, with additional features.

* We are going to lose several stars, celebrities, to car accidents due to distracted drivers. It will be impactful.

* There will be a recall of a car shortly after it comes out. Like a Range Rover, but not a Range Rover. A high quality SUV. The wiring causes fires. A high luxury SUV.

* There will be an egg recall. The farm will shut down because of unethical practices in the way they harm the chickens. The way they feed the chickens. [Yes. Big egg recall.]

* There will be a wave of bee attacks.

* Summer is going to be kind of crappy. That is when the issue with North Korea comes into play.

* Climate control is still a big deal. He has been ignoring that.

* Based on what we are allowed to see, there is going to be another earthquake in India. It will happen during some form of an event or festival. It will, unfortunately, kill a lot of people.  

* I see some type of volcano, or eruption, in a small village no one has ever heard of, in South America. It will, unfortunately, nearly wipe them out.

* There will be more flooding in Texas.

* Wall Street is going to have a banner period of time and Trump is totally going to take credit for it. It is a result of the work done by the other President. It’s going to be a banner first quarter.

* Summer is going to be very interesting. Spirit is saying that they are going to find a form of a Ponzi scheme on Wall Street again. It will affect the stock market. It is a “green” company. It looks like it’s environmentally proactive and it’s not. It sells products that promote green housing. “Green Housing” is what I am hearing. Like solar panels or rainwater recycling. Something about green housing. Investing in green housing. It’s not going to happen.

* The wave with the economy. Construction is going to die. Not build, die. Physical laborers are going to suffer tremendously and that is going to affect the economy. A large group of men who don’t have anything higher than a high school education won’t be able to find jobs. This will happen around October. It has to do with two companies which can’t afford to keep building. These companies aren’t building single buildings. They are building hotels and luxury resorts. All caput. They didn’t have enough money. That is what I am seeing.

The first quarter looks pretty good. November, December, it will pick up. Trump only takes credit when it goes well. He won’t take credit when it goes badly. He will say that very loudly.

* Someone will try to shut down his Twitter account. There are special protections to prevent that, but someone will crack it. It is going to be one of those groups that announces when they hack into companies. They are going to give themselves credit.

* Putin is going to be ticked. There will be discoveries that leave no question, literally no question, even Stevie Wonder can see the proof, that without a shadow of a doubt, he was directly involved in seeing that Trump won. That is part of the impeachment. It’s not going to work, but the process will happen.

* Phones will be even more expensive than they are now. People will buy them.

* Japan will come up with some form of a technology which looks new to us, but it is not really new; it’s how they package it. It will make a quadrillion dollars.

“The way the world is going, with politics and different things in the news, this is what I would say: sit, go within, and clear any fears, any worries, any thoughts that keep you stuck or trapped or angry or resentful. Go inside, clear them, and release them.

“If you don’t understand how to clear and release, simply take a breath and find out what throws you off balance; what keeps you stuck. Take that word. Take a breath in, release it, and see if you can become more neutral.

“Our central nervous system gets out of whack when we are always in ‘fight or flight.’ When our bodies, on a soul level, are always in that place, they can’t rejuvenate and heal. If we have excess stress, excess worry, we are mad at this one, we are angry at that one, we criticize and critique ourselves, our bodies can’t heal.

“People can use their arm to make the infinity sign and put their stress there. They can ask to clear the blocks, the misunderstandings, the fear, and the agitation. They can say, ‘Archangel Michael release it.’ Take a breath, then breathe out. They can get lighter and lighter. Pretty soon things won’t bother them. They become empowered in their body. We are all connected through energy. We influence each other individually and we contribute to the world’s group consciousness. We are also connected to the natural world and to the vast non-physical world. It’s important to keep this sense of connection in mind as we deal with the realities on Earth. I am thinking about the devastating California fires and what we can learn from them.

The cantankerous election is over. Some people have come through the pre-election period with hardened hearts. Now, as we move into the holiday season, we strive to soften our hearts. People who are flexible in their feelings can make this emotional turn. For other people, it’s more difficult. Keep in mind that as we ease our relationships towards others, we can soften our feelings towards ourselves. We can be more forgiving, more grateful, more receptive to love. What we feel towards others, we can feel for ourselves.

Remember, what you wish for others is what you experience. When you demonize someone as “the other” you separate yourself from them and you become “the other.” When you have compassion for yourself and for others, you steep in that compassion and can feel the Universe’s tender love.

Now let’s turn to the fires in California and the floods in the eastern U.S. People and animals are fleeing in fear. Having empathy for these beings can feel awful. To make some good come from this situation, we can reach out with our hearts and our checkbooks to care for those in need. We can start with “thoughts and prayers,” then make donations.

As we make these donations and send our kind thoughts, we lift others. Because we are connected, lifting the circumstances of any other person, lightens the circumstances of the whole world. We benefit too.

John Hunter once told me, “If we choose positive creation, we get to experience the energy backing us. When you say, ‘I’m going to step there with love,’ a huge wave of energy is going to fill your footsteps as you are creating.”

With the clear motivation of helping others, the side effect is that we help ourselves. However, making a donation solely because we want the side effect of benefiting ourselves, is ego-oriented. “Me first. Look at the good I am doing. Aren’t I wonderful?” That kind of thought process leads to other kinds of consequences. Living an ego-centered life sets us up for failure as the Universe reminds us to keep our ego in check.

Of course, “failure” can be considered a learning experience and when we learn, we evolve along our path. It’s a tough path, but we still move forward.

Back to the fires. On Sunday, I asked Psychic Vee about the California fires. She was connected to Spirit and provided an insightful answer.

Vee said, “The location of the fires has to do with anger and frustration. It is a clearing. This wasn’t an expected fire due to dryness and heat. It feels man-made. It doesn’t feel like it was due to lightning striking.”

“We believe that there will be about a week and a half to two weeks before everything will be dowsed. Our concern is that this fire is going to cause another fire which is going to cause another fire. This is what has been happening. We believe it may happen maybe one more time, where a fire will cause a fire.

“There is a lot of anger in that area. Fire and anger are related.

“Rain is a strong possibility, but not anytime soon. It will be after the fires are dowsed, not while the fires are being put out.

“They keep telling me that the fires are represented politically, north and south, Democrat and Republican. Energetically, there is anger on both sides. California has had a doozy of a political firestorm. It’s manifested into a physical firestorm. The frustration is rising and rising and rising. It’s manifesting into physicality.”

This is an example of how our group consciousness can manifest fire in the physical world. Fortunately, we can swing this group thinking to our advantage. We can focus on what we want.

When we focus on the good things in our life and in the world, and express appreciation for lovely flowers, beautiful sunsets, and peace wherever we see it, our positive thought vibrations are matched by the Universe and we see more flowers, beautiful sunsets, and peace. We can focus on how people come from the woodwork to assist. We can focus on compassion.

As lightworkers, it is our job to channel love-light energy to the world around us. Close your eyes. Become calm and centered. Draw in peace, then send that peace, love, and light to the world.

We can do this.

It’s a topsy turvy world. I feel like I deal with one issue, then get slammed by another: elections one day, a shooting the next. Through all of this, I am still living my truth. I sit in the quiet morning and bring in the Universe’s healing energy. I protect my energy during the day. The sacral chakra relates to creativity and enthusiasm.

The Psychic Fair will be this Sunday, November 11. from 9 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the DoubleTree Inn at 445 South Alvernon Road in Tucson, AZ.

Allen and Jyl Weeks sell Reiki-infused jewelry at the Mystic Messengers Psychic Fair. I asked Jyl what that meant – what is Reiki infused Jewelry?

Jyl told me, “It’s Reiki intention healing jewelry. It’s handmade and crafted from scratch. My husband takes rocks, then grinds and polishes them to make the cabochons. After we have the stones, I either wire wrap them or set them in sterling silver. I meditate at least a couple times each week. At the end of our process, I put my Reiki healing energy into every piece.”

So I asked, “How does that benefit the person who wears the stone?”

Jyl told me that the stones influence the wearer’s aura and chakras. They help the person
feel better. For example, Jyl sometimes wears sodalite because it is good for the throat. Without the sodalite, she often wakes up with a sore throat.

Different stones are good for different purposes. Jyl explained that stones have metaphysical properties that are either physical or emotional. When she finishes a piece of jewelry, she puts the name of the stone on the card, then researches what the stone does.

Jyl sets an intention for each rock. She asks that the stone’s natural metaphysical properties be amplified for the wearer and that they receive what they need.

In the past few weeks, I have written about transition periods where we have time to reflect, then make changes in our lives. This week, I want to write about abrupt change. Boom! Something happens and life is upended. I am thinking, among other things, about the people who went grocery shopping last week, or went to temple last week, and were murdered. Boom! Abrupt change.

I have received more information from psychics about what happens to the person who has died than I have received about those who survived, so let’s start with the deceased.

The Deceased

After a quick death, many people don’t realize they are dead. People are confused. They rely on spirits from the other side to explain what happened to them. Most souls see deceased relatives, or Spirit Guides, who take their hand and help them either go over a bridge, or into the Light.

In the case of a violent death, the soul “whooshes” out of the body so it does not feel the physical impact or the pain.

Nancy Parsons commented:

“I believe that if there is a tragic moment, a tragic death, a car accident, or an impact like 9/11, that people go to sleep for a while. For example, they are working at their desk, then they are out of their body. Even if they glanced at the cause for a second, I believe that G-d is going to put them to sleep for a while.  

“How He wakes them up, or when they come to the realization that are dead, I would imagine is really slow because that was someone else’s free will that has happened to them. At the same time, everything happens in Divine order and they may have agreed to that scenario; they just didn’t remember that they were going out like that.

“However, that’s not always true because I have seen it other ways. There is no one place or thing that I believe happens to everyone. There are levels of understanding.”

It seems that there is a healing period after death. Souls need to adjust to their new circumstances and begin processing what happened to them. After that, they can slowly begin to examine their entire lifetime.

The Survivors

Heartbroken. Confused. Angry. Asking why things changed. Lashing out. Going inward. Grieving. Then, still having to make funeral arrangements.

One reason for religious tradition is that it gives people an outline of what to do. They can ask for advice on surviving through the period of shock and getting to the mental/emotional place where they can begin to process what happened. Traditions also help friends and neighbors know how to respond – again, just to get through the first few days.

The Jewish tradition is to bury bodies as quickly as possible so that the body can begin its trip “from dust to dust.” Moving rapidly also allows the mourners to push through this period so that they can have the following days of solitude to mourn.

Another tenet of the Jewish tradition is that no one mourns alone. While there are periods for solitary reflection, there are also times for the community to join the mourner and share their burden.

It may also benefit the survivor if they can remember what they knew about death prior to the crisis. To reach backward and remind themself that their loved one still exists in spirit – they are not gone forever. To keep in mind the circle of reincarnation, remembering that there is a time for healing, reflection, and integration on the other side. Souls will be reunited.


My heart reaches out with compassion to those near the incidents whose lives have been directly impacted, and to all of us watching from afar, trying to process these violent situations. May everyone be blessed with a healing heart.
