It’s a topsy turvy world. I feel like I deal with one issue, then get slammed by another: elections one day, a shooting the next. Through all of this, I am still living my truth. Today, I want to talk about multi-stone chakra-balancing jewelry which keeps energy flowing through our bodies.
Our bodies are energetic systems. In a perfect scenario, we draw energy from the heavens and from the earth, and we keep this positive energy flowing through our bodies. However, energy can get stuck.
Each body has seven major energy chakras, along with many smaller centers. Chakras are like stacked balls of swirling energy. They bring in energy and stimulate consciousness. They act as portals between our physical body, our aura, and the universe.
When our chakras are balanced, they are all about the same size and they spin at the same speed.
Each chakra corresponds to a color and a musical note. Stones carry energy and when we wear a stone whose color corresponds with a chakra, we help support that chakra so it can continue to spin in good health.
The seven major chakras are the crown (white or purple), the third eye (indigo), the throat (blue), the heart (green), the solar plexus (yellow), the sacral (orange) and the root (red). Jewelry with these specific colors keeps our chakras healthy.
The crown chakra is about connection to spirit.
The third eye is about seeing clearly, having clairvoyance, and accessing intuition.
The throat chakra is about speaking our truth.

The sacral chakra relates to creativity and enthusiasm.
