“Every day we witness more political, economic, environmental, personal and social chaos throughout the world. Indeed, this is a unique and pivotal period in human history. The entire human race, individually and collectively, is facing monumental challenges and their consequences.
“Why?
“I am one of the luckiest of people, thanks to what I learned, saw and experienced during an intense and enlightening near-death experience (NDE) I had in 1977, when I was 29. I became an instant believer in miracles from that moment on. And I encourage everyone to believe in them, ask for spiritual help and guidance, then act and discover methods to make life work better for you and others.
“During that life-changing experience 44 years ago, I was shown numerous “snapshots” of this all-encompassing Great Awakening we are going through and WHY we are going through it now and for the foreseeable future. We all feel and see the intense changes unfolding before us. We sense some hard-to-define transformation is taking place.
“Yes, this Awakening comes with its inherent growing pains and challenges: an escalation of anger, chaos, division, suffering, etc. But unless we see the “flaws in ourselves and our systems” we cannot begin to fix them and build a more enlightened, fairer, happier, ecologically balanced and sustainable world society.
“One way or another, life is educating humanity about what needs to be fixed. Just consider how profoundly Covid-19 has forced us to re-evaluate and re-prioritize. And Covid-19 is no accident because there are no such things as accidents or coincidences. Everything is “Cause and Effect” including us being here and having a Universe to exist within. Likewise, you have that same creative power. You can make a new cause and benefit from a new effect or result.
“Via my 1977 NDE, I learned more about life and the “beautiful” afterlife than I ever imagined any human could know or experience. I also saw the next 100 years of massive changes on Earth and in humankind… and why. I wrote about that experience in my book, A Second In Eternity, and described what I saw about our future and its challenges.
“This Awakening is necessary because humankind must evolve to greater understandings of ourselves, others and the world we live in. We are all destined to attain higher consciousness eventually, one way or another, and life’s unexpected changes, twists and turns are often the only way life can show us what we need to learn next.
“And yes, we are limited in what we can do about the world at large. But we have within us unlimited potential to grow spiritually, psychically, and emotionally. And growing fuels the Light from [the] inside world, which renders Light onto the external world.
“Never allow yourself to remain feeling powerless. How? Spend at least 10 minutes a day loving yourself and meditating. Meditation has been practiced throughout human history, and for good reason. It is the simplest and most efficient technique to use to tap into the Divine Within that connects us all. And like any technique, meditation requires practice. Lay down or sit down, then breathe slow and deep. And when your mind begins to wander, simply bring it back to breathing deep, here and now.
“Knowledge and wisdom are true power. Curiosity is the catalyst, the starting point. And practice brings about results.
