When I spoke with Kae Schreiber, a psychic in CA, she gave me a lot of good advice and ideas. While I have edited her comments for flow and clarity, I think they are pretty true to what she had to say. Enjoy Kae’s wisdom:
1) Aging into the Fullest Expression of our Self
* The first two thirds of life are devoted to other people and to careers. From 60 and 90, we do what we came to do for the planet.
* Saturn cycles are every seven years: seven, fourteen, twenty-one, etc. Half of life is going in and processing things and the other half is expansion.The last big change for you would have been at 63. Now, you are in the expansion mode on the way to 70. Now is the time for new beginnings.
Later in life, you become the fullest expression of yourself.
* Mother Earth, nature, gives roses every seven years. We get a chance to reinvent ourself, the same way a rose bush does. Dead heads. Take off the dead stuff. Mend the soil and feed the plant, so it comes back even fluffier.
* In our 70s, people make it sound like life’s over. Not me, baby. I got gas in the tank and I'm going uphill. Life is getting better and better.
2) The Age of Aquarius
With the Age of Aquarius, the veil is very thin, so more and more people are exploring their psychic abilities. It feels like there's a push on now, an urgency.
3) Psychic Abilities
* They say a gift or a talent you admire in someone else is a gift or a talent you are blind to in yourself. It wouldn’t be of interest to you, if you didn't already have it.
* Play with it. When you’re relaxed, ask your Guides. “Who are you? I want to know more about you.” You ask, they answer. “Are you my Guide? What's your name?” You will have a new best friend, a connection.
* Being psychic is sensory. Sit in the park and ask, “What am I hearing? What am I seeing?” It’s exquisite sensitivity. You feel things deeply.
* If I were someplace where stuff was going on, I would feel it. But when people feel everything, it becomes too much. You have to have your “hazmat suit of spirit” on for your protection
* When I’m with a client, I sort of turn it on. Then it's directed and focused on our exchange.
4) Connecting with those on The Other Side
* People ask me about those on The Other Side, “Where are they?” I say, “Where's everything that is not in front of you? It's in the energy field around you.” The idea is that there is an energy field, a river of consciousness, with a name. When I say someone’s name, they become a hologram. Everything is in this hologram and I can pluck information out of the hologram. Afterwards, the energy goes back into the river of consciousness until somebody else thinks about them.
If you have people in your life and you never think about them, they might as well be dead. The minute you think about somebody, they become alive again because of your memories and imagination.
* People say, “They don't come to me.” Well, honey, go to them. You know what they look like. You know what they sound like. Go to The Other Side spirit café, hang out with them.
5) Repeating Patterns
* Someone might ask,“Why do I have to go through the same things over and over?” “Honey, you’re not a good student. You have to be quicker on the uptake or you're gonna have to keep going through this.”
* Some people want an intense experience. They figure if they could survive that, they could survive anything.
6) Completing our Work
* I asked, “Why am I here?” and heard, “To teach balance.”
I asked, “How long will I be here?” and I heard, “You'll return home once you’ve fulfilled your service contract.”
The Guide continued, “What have you done to advance yourself? You see that car in your garage? Do you think it starts itself? No. You have to initiate.”
When you initiate, your Guides and angels can help. You're the co-creator. You have to do your part. When you do your part, you get all the resources you need.
* Another time, my Guide asked, “Have you lived up your highest potential?” Maybe not.
I said, “What's gonna happen to me if I don't?” “You'll be reassigned to a lesser task. We believe in you and your purpose and your mission, but if you don't believe in it, we'll reassign you to a task more in line with your level of self esteem.” I hopped out of bed to do whatever I was here to do.
