“If a person dies and in the Afterlife merges with their soul and discovers all their other lives, so they are now a ‘we’ rather than an ‘I,’ how can a channel or medium talk to that person as they are now their soul not the person who died? Can they be a soul and also one individual out of all their lives?”
This was my answer:
“I like to think of it like a hand. The person you knew is like one of the fingers. They retain their individuality, but they are connected to the hand (their Higher Self). The hand has access to information from all of the soul's lives. You can talk to one of the ‘fingers’ until the finger decides it no longer cares to retain its independence and merges more closely into the hand.
“However, ‘the hand’ can always answer your questions.”
I don’t understand all of the complexities to the system, but I’ve heard psychics talk about Higher Selves. Each person has a Higher Self which oversees all of the individual lifetimes being experienced by a soul.
It seems that even after physical death, the soul remains intact. It can commingle with its Higher Self and see how all of its lifetimes are connected. Yet, it can continue to have new experiences traveling from galaxy to galaxy in a non-physical form, or reincarnating into a physical body.
Tuesday’s “Quote from a Psychic” was from Maryushka. She talked about a “doubling of the soul.” A piece of the soul comes to Earth, while a piece remains on The Other Side.
I suggest that people who are planning to have a session with a Medium do their part to make the communication successful. Prior to the session, they should talk aloud to their loved with whom they want to communicate, and ask that person to come through during the reading. Souls may be off having adventures in other parts of the galaxy, may be enmeshed in research projects, may be vacationing, or may be acting as Spirit Guides for other people. Their attention is on whatever they are doing. A quick shout out to them will give them a moment to regroup and think about the message they want to send to the Medium to be relayed to the client.
I don’t pretend to know all the answers, but this makes sense to me. If you want to know more about how a Medium connects with a soul, ask the Medium. They might have an answer, or they might tell you that while they don’t know how it works, they know it works.
