Here in Tucson, the weather is cooling off. This may be our first week with days less than 100 degrees since June. The sun is shining in a lovely way. No fires, no floods. The river of life continues to flow.
From a channeled message:
“You are going towards a creek, a very safe creek. Not an intimidating creek. It flows beautifully. This is the river of life. What you see today when you peer into the river of life will be different tomorrow, for this river moves gently along the path in which it is designed to go.
“In the path of life, there are times in which the river is narrow and you can dip your feet and feel safe. And there are times when the path of this river is roaring and you keep your distance because it seems almost violent.
“Understand that it is the same river, the one that is endearing to your toes and the one that could be very dangerous if you were to stick yourself into a changing environment. This is the guarantee that you get in life: it will change. It will constantly flow. What you see today is not what will be there tomorrow. Life flows, it shifts. It is ever-flowing.”
If you are dealing with a turbulent flow right now, one way to cope is to remember that this too shall pass. Life goes on. The river flows. Move forward. Enjoy the view of the sparkling waters. Try your best. Allow yourself to be wowed by both the familiar and the uncommon.
Another way to cope with challenges is to enjoy your personal environment. When you look outside yourself and analyze any situation, it might feel overwhelming. Turning your view inward and listening to your heart may make your situation more “heartful” – more meaningful, more personal. What’s going on in your interior world? Are you joyful? Are you sad? Is there something you need to do to take care of your health and happiness? Speak gently to yourself. Show the kindness to yourself that you would show to others.
A third coping strategy is to dwell in the realm of possibility. Imagine the future you desire. Visualize travels, communities, gatherings, and laughter. It may be a few more months until we can gather again, but it will happen. In the meantime, make the most of this quiet time if you are fortunate enough to be one of the people who has quiet time.
See yourself in the prime of your life. See yourself as you are and as you would like to be. Is there room for improvement? Now is the time to improve. Why not? What else have you got to do?
The Universe provides the matrix, the deep-space background, so that each individual can aggregate their energy into one point of light; into one body which seems to be independent of all others, but is actually a point in the connected matrix. It’s like a three-dimensional webbing – a black background with concentrated, darker black circles of individual souls. (Darker black circles AND points of light? I haven’t quite figured out this graphic.)
We are always supported by the matrix. With this support, we can move forward in life. We can maintain our current course, or we can choose to make changes.
Create peace in your home. Peace in your life. Peace in your thoughts. Enjoy pieces of thought supported by a flowing peace, in a body of your creation, in a matrix of connection.
