At a recent gathering, we brought in healing energy then sent that energy to other people and to Mother Earth.
We learned that when you bring in healing energy and send it to others, you also heal yourself. You can’t draw healing energy through your body without some of it sticking in you. Some of the healing energy which flows through you, stays with you.
When you allow yourself to use your healing gifts, you also heal yourself.
It is like giving an intuitive reading to another person – the wisdom that comes through, stays within you, too.
In the oneness, you can’t heal somebody else without also healing yourself. Nice to know.
As we have said before, what you selflessly wish for others, is what you receive for yourself.
