I hope you are feeling better by now, oh exhausted one! I think it's wonderful that you recognize your need for some self nurturing, some downtime. Is the gem show still going on?? I really, really want to find a way to get to a Madagascar tent to pick up a beautiful dish, paperweight, or piece of Septarian...........that gorgeous stone that looks exactly like a giraffe's skin in color and pattern. Let me know if you'll be going back (if it's still going on) and maybe I can meet you for a short stroll through some of the tents!

I have seen the rocks you mentioned which look like giraffe skin. I didn't see them this year, but I saw them last year. If I see them again, I'll let you know. The shows are tapering off, but there might still be a couple open. In fact, I think Kino sports park is open through Sunday.
