Many people have told me about their Near-Death Experiences (NDEs). NDEs often provide an exit point. People sometimes remember a conversation while suspended between life and death in which they were told they had a choice -- they could remain on The Other Side or they could return to earth. The person made their choice.
Other kinds of exit points may be presented. Can you remember a time when you wondered, “Is this it? Am I going to die?” An illness, surgery, or accident may have been a potential exit point for you. For example, one man told me that he had been caught in a cold river, in waders, while fishing. He had fallen over and his waders had filled with water. He could have lived or he could have stayed under the current. With great struggle, he managed to right himself and get out of the water. He thought this might have been an exit point choice for him. He chose to stay.
Richard Schickel shared this story with me:
“When I was 12 or 13 years old, I nearly drowned on a rafting trip. I was caught in a hole under a rock under the water. That was the first time I saw my life flashing before me; like a wide-screen movie. It was scary. Then I felt them grab my ass and push me up. There have been three or four times when I could have died, but I just didn’t die. People have ‘exit points’ throughout their lives when they can die, but they don’t die because it is just not their time.”
Five or six exit points may be presented to each soul. People are supposed to have a hand in when they leave and to be able to leave consciously.
To bring this idea into focus, think about the coronavirus. It gives people an opportunity to leave if they want to go.
In addition, some of them may not want to leave, but will leave none-the-less. They have agreed to leave at this time, and coronavirus is their excuse to go.
Have you survived an event that you know was a potential exit point? Let me know.
