1) Near-death experiences
Some people leave their body and quickly return to that same body -- this is known as a near-death experience (NDE). The person may have been in an accident or had an illness which facilitated the NDE.
Many of the people I interviewed have had NDEs.
John Hunter told me, “When I left my body, I went into a room with other beings and I was educated. This was a quick, efficient process. My time there was limited because I had to go back into my body while it was still able to function. I went to this not-very-fancy little room. People were just sitting there. I received a download of information. That was enough. I had to go back – time sensitive.”
I often heard from people who had been through near-death experiences that dying didn’t hurt, it was coming back into their body which hurt. When they died, they felt light-weight and extremely peaceful. Coming back into their dense bodies, which had been ill or in accidents, was very painful.
John noted that when he walked back into his physical body, he had to acknowledge every step of the process which allowed him to be an energy being in a physical body. He had to walk through that process and consciously choose existence. It was very tough. He had to accept very heavy information.
2) Reincarnation
People leave their body, spend time on the other side and return in a new body -- that is reincarnation.
On The Other Side, they can learn and grow. When they return to a physical body, they can express their new knowledge.
3) Death
People can leave their body, die, and cross to the non-physical world. There, some souls will decide to remain as individual entities in the non-physical world. They can work to answer their questions, reunite with loved ones, improve themselves, explore passions, help humanity, or have adventures. Souls can take classes and communicate with their Spirit Guides. They can remain on a conscious journey of self, outside of a physical body.
After death, there is more time for exploration than there is with an NDE.
Others souls may decide they are finished with their individuality. They return to The All.
Returning to a Body
When we come into a body, we have to compress our energy to fit into a physical structure. We have to step down the high-vibration, infinite power. Our body’s job is to diminish the energy; to take it down a thousand levels, so that we can function by turning off spigots that give us too much energy. Our bodies and our minds could not handle that intensity.
It’s difficult to come into these limited bodies, still operate with love, and have some conscious knowledge of self. When returning from The Other Side, we have to decide not to carry all of the information with us. To be here now, we have to choose not to remember everything.
John Hunter explained, “If I take that journey right now, if I leave my body and connect to the Creative of all Energies, that vibration, that’s fine if I want to leave this life and stay there. But, if I want to come back, I have to walk step-by-step back into this body. Each step, l have to choose to lower my conscious vibration to exist in this limited body. If I were to come straight back, I would blow the gaskets off this body. The vibration would be too high.”
Gary Wimmer recounted his return from an NDE: “I was drawn away from it, almost like trying to hold on and grasp. I didn’t want to leave, but I could feel I was being pulled away by what I call ‘spiritual gravity.’ I was pulled back through the tunnel of light, back through all of these galaxies and planets. The closer I got to the Milky Way, the more I felt like I had something to do with this galaxy down here. The closer I got to our solar system, I thought, ‘What the hell? This feels familiar.’ I started seeing pictures of things that were going to happen in my life and throughout the world. A bunch of terrorism, a bunch of new inventions, all kinds of good, bad, and ugly. Like flash cards. Billions of them. So fast. I didn’t really know what they meant and I didn’t know who I was, where I was going, or why.” Then, he regained consciousness after a car accident.
This was Jan Class’ experience of returning to her body: “When I was a teenager, I had a near-fatal asthma attack and I saw my grandfather, several angels and a group of people. I was out of my body and I could see the doctors and nurses, as well as my parents. They were frantic. I was dying and it was nice to be out of my body and to feel no pain. I was very light-weight. I was looking at all of these people and wondering why it was taking so long to die; I was ready to go. I heard them say, ‘We just want to make sure you really want to do this.’ Then I heard my mother bawling and I looked down at her and I said I couldn’t go. I was only 16. I told them that I had to stay and immediately, as soon as I said it, I was back in my body. It was extremely painful! No wonder babies cry when they are being born. If their souls are coming in while they are being born, it hurts!”
In addition to the body, the mind also has to work to limit energy. The mind acts as a surge protector for electrical impulses and responses. Looking at the affect of the infinite universal mind on an individual, no one could experience all of that energy rushing in at once. It would blow the circuits. Moment by moment, we filter energy so we are not overloaded.
Coming and going is an amazing dance of energy and physicality.
