I went on a ghost tour of downtown Tucson. I didn’t realize that Tucson had a lot of haunted places. I think we are going to see more of that in Tucson.
In the old part of downtown, behind the Art Museum, a little girl is haunting that area. I also saw ghosts in an area where iron gates are currently being made.
The Pioneer Hotel had a fire years ago. At night, you can still see people falling out of the windows. I heard them screaming. From right in front of the library, we could see people jumping out of the Pioneer Hotel windows. They have covered some of the stairwells in that building and I felt that other people were trapped behind the new walls.
I also saw ghosts around Hotel Congress and the Historic Train Depot. The cathedral has people buried beneath the church. That is also supposed to be haunted. I have lived here my whole life and I never knew we had ghosts downtown. We started the tour in La Placita where there is a haunted restaurant.
