Every moment is a chance to start anew.
A chance to let go of the past.
When we realize that everyone did the best they
could do, otherwise they would have done better,
There is no need for Guilt or Forgiveness.
In this way we can be at Peace, and only in Peace
can we know Joy, and by being filled with Joy,
We can love ourselves, others, and Life.

Tamara Spiritual Center

Tamara Spiritual Center
A few blog entries back, I suggested
that anyone interested in finding out more about spirituality could check out their local spiritualist church. So, guess what?
A friend invited me to attend her spiritualist church last Sunday for a special event: in the middle of the service, her son
planned to propose to his girlfriend. I volunteered to take photos.
Tamara Spiritual Center is a small building in mid-town Tucson, AZ, which blends into the area. When I arrived, I had no idea what to expect. I'm
guessing that there were about 30 people at the service and, prior to the service, everyone was chatting in a familiar, friendly
The service started with The Lord's Prayer, then moved into a gentle, guided meditation.
Next up, a sweet John Denver song by a congregant with a guitar. [I'm writing from memory (no notes), so I am not certain
this was the exact order of the service, but you'll get the gist of things.]
After the song,
time was set aside for personal healing. Five chairs were set up at the front of the room and a person with healing abilities
stood behind each chair. Congregants seeking healing sat in the chairs so that the healers could do energy work on them. Perhaps
they were doing Reiki?
Following the chair healing, someone delivered an inspirational speech
about the power of words. Then, three or four people stood up to deliver messages from Spirit Guides or from Spirit. I am
always fascinated to watch as people deliver or receive messages. It was my lucky day: two people delivered messages to me.
Are you curious about my messages? The first person suggested that abundance was coming my way.
The second person repeated a message I have heard several times from psychics: the work I am doing will open opportunities
which I can't even imagine. Imagine.
Following the messages, there were announcements, which
included a touching marriage proposal and acceptance. Lots of knowing smiles and ring-glancing. After that, we formed a healing
circle and sent positive energy to help others. Then, because the leader had known there was going to
be a marriage proposal, a special song was played via CD with the chorus, "I wish you love." As we listened to the
repeated refrain, we all quietly chimed in and sang, "I wish you love," to the newly betrothed.
During the service, there wasn't a prayer book or a long recitation in a foreign language. The service was structured,
but friendly and open. There was love in that room.
I confess that I am not much of a joiner.
I don't regularly attend any formal religious institution. I just thought that this was a lovely gathering of nice people,
so I wanted to share my experience with you.
Anyone else attend a spiritualist church? Want to
share? Send your comments to me at gail@MyPsychicSearch.com.

Pendant Winner, Boston Bomber
8:38 am mst
Good news, Somber News
Today's blog post is a bit different.
First, I will announce the winner of the chakra-balancing pendant, then I am posting an e-mail I received from a man with
a deep spiritual understanding. He looks at an aspect of the Boston bombers in a surprising way. However,
the more I think about what he wrote, the more sense it makes to me.
The winner of the chakra-balancing
pendant is (drum roll, please) J. Moseman. Congratulations! Woo-hoo!
On a more-somber
note, this is the e-mail I received from Mark Janssen:
The follow up to the 2013 Boston Marathon not over. We still have spiritual work to do. Get all of your friends to
pray that both of the Tsarnaev brothers see and accept God's light. Actually, we need prayers to send Tamerlan to the
light. He is caught in a no soul's land between heaven and hell--a sort of purgatory if you like. He discovered when he
died that there are no virgins waiting for those who die killing others. It is all a myth. He does not feel deserving of God's
mercy and is afraid of the hell he feels he deserves.
The Russian Orthodox
peasants have a belief that at the end of time God will open the gates of hell to invite everybody there into heaven for all
eternity. Even, as the Russians who told me, men they consider to be the worst of sinners like Stalin and Hitler. If God in
His justice can do this, who are we? Our gift is that we can pray for Tamerlan to accept God's love now and go to heaven.
This is a no matter what. No matter what we think or feel, our job is
always to pray for ourselves and each other to be close to God in life and in the afterlife.
Mark J. Janssen
When I interviewed the psychics, many of them told me that Hell is not a physical
place. They thought that Heaven and Hell were religious constructs, but that people could believe in them so strongly that
they could create these illusions. According to the psychics, Hell is a place which can be created by a person's mind,
if a person believes that Hell is where they deserve to go.
Ghosts can be caught in between worlds
when they don't believe they deserve to go the Light. We don't want Tamerlan to exist as a ghost who can influence
others. Let's help send him to the Light. This is best for him and also best for us.

Happy Earth Day
9:05 am mst
I found this newsletter in my in-box today and thought
I would share it with you. If you go to the website at http://glad.is/, there is lots more information about the group and about Earth Day.
Welcome to our special Earth Day
edition of the Glad.is newsletter. Over the past week, we've shared some of the most inspirational, and most urgent 'best
of the web' to honor our Mother.
A few years ago, I worked
as the marketing director for Al Gore and Kevin Wall's huge global initiative to raise awareness for the climate crisis.
In the rest of the world, the concert events made a great splash. It was the largest single cause event in history with over
2 billion people watching and participating. Yet, back at our HQ in L.A., we were puzzled because we'd barely made a dent
here at home, especially down the middle of the country. It seemed like Americans still didn't believe - or at least didn't
think they ought to do anything different.
But the truth is,
we can't convince people to use less oil or recycle if they lack a spiritual connection to our planet and each other.
Many people still have the wrong story about our relationship to the Earth: The Christian story that God created the earth
for man to have dominion over. We need to start telling the real story - that we are OF the earth, we came from the earth
- science proves without question that we are literally made of the same elements as stardust. And we humans are only a few
seconds of this planet's 4 billion year history.
last 200 years, during the industrial revolution, we claimed total control over the earth, measuring our progress as humans
only in terms of profit...which could only be gained through the depletion of our resources, our home. There's no shortage
of Native American thoughts on the white man's race to conquer the land, but my favorite is the notion that the white
man will bulldoze a mountainside without a thought, yet pay a fortune for a beautiful painting of a landscape to hang in his
home. Chief Seattle (for whom the great Northwestern city is named) offers a beautifully poetic explanation of the Native
spiritual relationship to Earth, see his letter below.
we too can be inspired to go back outside and have a relationship to the earth. Let's celebrate her, revere her, and stand
up against our throw away society - because there is no 'away'. Our home is not a landfill. We can start to measure
our progress in terms of our spiritual connection to Mother Earth, and each other.
Today we stand in gratitude for all those who devote their time and energy to fight climate change.
If you know an eco activist, warrior, someone who devotes their time to protecting
the planet, please give them a hug today. It just might be the world's toughest job!

Meet a Psychic - Delphina Nova

Meet a Psychic - Delphina Nova
For the second time this week, I am sitting at my computer needing to write a blog
post, and not knowing what to say. Twice this week our nation has faced explosions, once at the Boston
Marathon and, last night, in the town of East, Texas. Carnage, bodies. One event was deliberately set while the other event
probably wasn't intentional. I don't know the details this morning. I'm afraid to start my day reading the news
pages because I am not ready to know how many people were killed and injured; how many lives were changed. Yet, whether I
want to know it or not, it's reality, and people are suffering. I am heart-broken for the victims. I am opening my broken
heart to fill it with love and send love out to comfort others. I don't know what else I can do.
Let me contrast these big stories of catastrophe with a story from my personal life. Last weekend, I attended the
wedding of a young couple who were very much in love. It was touching. They looked lovingly into each other's
eyes as they whispered their hopes during their first dance as husband and wife. It was lovely.
Even in the midst of catastrophic news, we can look at the more immediate events of our lives and find grace. Sometimes
the world is a big scary place, and sometimes it's an intimate moment of love. Let us enjoy the small moments of love.
Let us celebrate joy with others. At the same time, let us reach out to those in need. It's a dance. One moment, we're
taking pictures of the bride and groom, and the next day we're donating blood. We do what we can do and we do it with
Life on Earth - a mixed bag of good and bad, light and
dark. I could get all philosophical here about why we need to live in this kind of duality, but I think I have said it all
before. Instead, I'm going to share a psychic's story with you. This is a person who is helping to heal the world.
Please meet Delphina Nova.
Delphina Nova - Native
American Dreamer and Wisdomkeeper, Spiritual Healer, Geo-Empath, Animal Messenger, Author
Delphina Nova is intuitive and works as a Spiritual Advisor. She sees and perceives
what is happening with people, the environment and the world. She sees trends and events which are about to happen. According
to Delphina, having his awareness is delicate. Sometimes when she feels something is going to happen, she wants to warn the
person who is involved, but she can't warn them because it might disturb their life path. Everyone has free will and chooses
their own destiny. Delphina realizes that she must respect each soul's path.
When clients come to Delphina, she may help them with spiritual counseling or hands-on healing. Either way, she tries
to get to the root cause of the symptoms whether they are spiritual, emotional, mental or physical. Sessions with Delphina
begin with a conversation. She determines what each person needs and the best way to meet that need. She sees herself as someone
who gives clients a "jump start." When someone comes to her for healing, she reminds them that the healing is within
them and that she is only there to assist them on their healing journey.
Sometimes Delphina hears a still, small, nurturing voice which guides her. She calls it her Higher Self, the Divine
Voice of G-d, or the voice of the Divine Creator. She lives her life guided by this nurturing voice of unconditional love.
Delphina intuits changes before they happen. Intuition is different
than sensing, feeling or understanding; it is a "knowing." She is not speculating, she knows.
During this lifetime, Delphina has had six near-death experiences (NDEs). In some
cases, she has seen the Light, spoken with ancestors and been told that she needed to remain on Earth because she had not
yet completed her work. After six NDEs, Delphina is ready to share these experiences so that people remember that they are
not their bodies. People can become too attached to material things, jobs and who they think they are, but people are more
than their possessions and professions.
Delphina feels that
there is a continuum of life. She believes that she has never died because all of her lifetimes are occurring on a continuum.
According to Delphina, "The ‘I' in me has never died. If I have done healing work in the past, I still have
Delphina thinks that we are going through
a period of planetary changes right now, but that we are not alone. She thinks that many people will be pleasantly surprised
by helpers who assist in the Earth's transition. Entities exist outside of our dimension and they are here to help us.
There is help from other galaxies and from unseen angels who surround this planet with love.
She believes that we are on the brink, we are at the 11th hour on this planet. We are at the point where we have
a choice about how we are going to conduct our lives, how we are going to treat each other, and how we are going to take care
of the environment. She believes that in the blink of an eye we will choose love. It is up to us.
According to Delphina, the current Earth changes are part of a birthing process and the end result will be a new
paradigm. Delphina explains that the baby doesn't come out in one push. We make progress, then we go back, then we make
progress again . . . and it hurts! Finally, the waters break and the baby is born. Right now, we are experiencing earthquakes,
tsunamis and oil spills which are like birth pangs. We are living in a period where things fall apart. Things which need to
go, go. Things are going to be shaken up. This shaking needs to happen so that we can enter a lengthy time of peace. We are
going through this shaky period as Earth births herself because we are part of Earth. We need to go through the changes and
release the things which no longer work in our own lives, such as relationships, music, and food. While we don't know
exactly what the outcome will be, we have to let go and know that the changes which are occurring are for our highest good.
Delphina is the author of Turtle's Dream (Open Books Press, 2010)
and Heart of Gold (Dolfyn Press, 2010), and is currently writing her memoir. You can out more about Delphina at her

In light of yesterday's bombings in Boston, I wanted to post something
helpful today, but I'm still so stunned I don't know what to write. So, I am just going to post something a psychic
told me recently. It's a general comment, but it reminds me that we live in between different worlds and that life can
be hard in this realm.
"People need to deal with this reality the best way they can. Sometimes they close down their gifts, but our
Guides actually close our gifts when we need to deal with this reality. The gifts take us to other realities and we often
avoid dealing with life.
new generation seems to be keeping their gifts open. They are still wandering through 'not knowing'
how to deal with their gifts while dealing with the dramas of this reality. It's a tug of war for them. Most people shut
their gifts down so that they can get a grip on life. It's important to find a way to integrate the two. My life changed
when I realized that things didn't have to be one way or another; it is about the integration.
"This reality is just as spiritual as any other reality. Some people are trying
to get out of being human and are trying to be more spiritual. Being human is one of the greatest gifts that Spirit can give
to an individual, no matter how difficult it might be."
Please join me in sending healing prayers to all the people affected
by yesterday's bombings.

I've just had a lovely string of days doing psychic-related activities: Sunday, I was at the Psychic Fair, and
Tuesday, I went to a Psychic Explorers meeting. In between, I worked on a recent interview with a psychic. I continually experienced
the lovely feeling of connectedness.
On Sunday, a couple of
people told me that they enjoy reading this blog. Those exchanges help me feel that I am on the right path and that we are
connecting with each other. Thank you so much.
At the Psychic
Fair, I had my annual reading with Gigi. Talk about a feeling of connection. When we have multiple readings with the same psychic over the years, we learn to trust
what they say, and we feel like we can relax. We are in the same energy during the reading. What did Gigi say? She told me
that this work is now my life's work. No more career changes. Yes, I still think about getting a real job with a steady
paycheck. Yet, somehow, our household is surviving. We are hanging steady while waiting for this work to take off.
Also at the Psychic Fair, I met a guy who was raised in a world of religion. Psychic
ability was not accepted. It was equated with mental illness. Because he saw ghosts and heard voices, he was medicated. Now,
he's moved to Sedona and found a place where he fits in. The voices are understood to be gifts. This guy told me that
I am a wisdom keeper. That felt great. Really, it felt great. Yet, I still think. I think that I'm a wisdom
collector/sharer. I share with you the things I am learning. A "wisdom keeper" sounds wise and grand. I suppose
my computer is the actual keeper of the wisdom. I'm just in the moment, learning as I go.
(Side note: It's lovely to be complimented
on my cooking or writing skills, but tell me that I have a beautiful aura and I beam happiness!)
Speaking of wisdom worth sharing, I've been transcribing an interview with
a psychic. During our conversation she mentioned:
you start understanding and working with your gifts, and you take responsibility for managing your gifts and for setting boundaries
with different energies, it's a beautiful, powerful, experience. You can help humanity. A lot of psychics don't believe
you are supposed to use your gifts for yourself. I am a firm believer that the more I use them for myself, the better I am
for others. The more in tune you are, and the clearer you are, the more it will guide you through life and enrich your path."
What else have I been learning? It's been a year since I took an online Platform
Building Challenge for writers. It was a month-long challenge and each day we tried a new kind of online outreach. At that
time, I already had this website/blog and a Facebook page, but I hadn't tried Twitter, LinkedIn, GoodReads, Pinterest, or any other of the million sites out there. Through the
challenge, I learned to tweet and I found several groups on LinkedIn which I really enjoy. I met fascinating people with psychic
abilities on the LinkedIn site.
The individuals who went through
the Challenge together formed a writer's group called WordSmith Studio. We have a website, as well as groups on Facebook, LinkedIn, etc. Mostly, I interact with this group though our Facebook
page and our weekly TwitterChats. TwitterChats? You bet. For an hour every Tuesday, we get together on Twitter and support
each other. How fabulous is that? We are connecting.
which feel good to me these days are often built around the energy of connection. It feels great to connect with myself through
meditation and to connect with other people through events, readings, and online outreach.
What about you? Is there time in your life for connection?
On this blog, I write my story. You have a story too. We are all on this journey to discover our truth and our place
in this world. We are working on our soul's development. We are connected to our Higher Selves and to each other through
a world of energy. We affect each other. Are you searching for your place in all of this? Talk to your friends, talk to your
self, connect with people with similar interests though Facebook or LinkedIn. Talk to a psychic or a soul coach. So
many resources are available.
Still wondering? Try a spiritualist
church. I've only been to one or two, but I know they offer meditations and activities. Or, if you are in Tucson, go to
SpiritsChild Metaphysical Shop or New Moon Haven. Sign up for their websites and join their activities. They are much more than retail stores. They offer classes, meditations
and healing workshops. So many resources, so many people with whom to connect.
Good luck with all of your endeavors.
You can connect
with me at gail@MyPsychicSearch.com. I always love hearing from you!

Life on Earth
10:18 am mst
Quotes from Teachers and Psychics:
"We are all here learning; it's an experiential place. We came here to
experience the qualities of life. When people die, they review their lives and try to decide if they received all of the information
and all of the experiences which they came here to get. Then they decide where they want to go next, where they can be of
service. What would they like to experience next? Consciousness is experiential."
the other side, it's harder to learn lessons. It's much easier to learn lessons on Earth. The lessons are harder here,
but it is easer to learn them."

Quick Catch-up and Big Book Sale
1:15 pm mst
It's Thursday/blog day. Lots going on here.
First, I want to let everyone know that this Sunday, April 7, is the Mystic Messengers Psychic Fair in Tucson, AZ. I'll be there with my books and chakra-balancing jewelry. The Fair runs from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m. at the Windmill Inn on the southeast corner of River
Road and Campbell Avenue. Come enjoy a reading
I took my dog to the vet this morning for her rabies shot. She's laying quietly beside me now. No need for rabies in the
future. Something checked off the to-do list (yea!).
after posting last week's blog about near-death experiences (NDEs), I've had some fascinating conversations with people
who shared their experiences with me through e-mails and on-line. I continually learn. New to me this week is the idea that
people can have out-of-body experiences during which they travel to the other side, see deceased relatives, and are told they
have to come back to their bodies. In these cases, there wasn't any trauma or illness which caused an NDE. These people
were simply meditating when these experiences occurred.
this personal, I have always thought that it would be cool to have an NDE just so I could see what happened. However, I haven't
wanted to risk not coming back and I also haven't wanted to have a heart attack or a traffic accident in order to have
an NDE. No thanks. The idea that people can have a similar experience, without having an NDE, makes me want to meditate a
little longer just to see what happens.
Fourth, I interviewed
a psychic reader, Aitreyia, a few weeks ago and I've started transcribing her interview. When I do the interviews, I am
focused on the process and often forget what we have talked about. Going back and listening to the interview is like reading
a fresh book. The same thing happens when I listen to the recording of a psychic reading. The more I listen, the more I learn.
Finally, I ordered a new set of My Psychic Search books and I have boxes of them lined up in my hallway. The printing costs are starting to come down, so I'm going to pass the
savings on to you. Anyone who orders a book through this website through April 20, can purchase it for $19.95.
That's a $5 savings.
You might ask, "Why should
I buy the book when I can read the blogs for free?" Here are a few answers:
1) The book is organized so that you can read about entire topics in one sitting. You don't have to search for
the pertinent blogs which were written sometime during the last 4½ years. You can read an entire topic from start to
2) With a paperback book, you can highlight the passages
which are most important to you, and you can write in the margins. Personally, I put those sticky tags next to all the parts
I want to find again.
3) If you want to give a gift, it's
a lot easier to give a book than to hand someone a blog.
If you want to curl up on your couch, or read under the covers with a flashlight,
a book is more portable than a blog. However, I think you can also read the Kindle edition under the covers (and you might
not even need a flashlight).
5) Several people have told me
that once they began the book, synchronicities started showing up in their lives. They began experiencing some of the things
which they had always wondered about.
If you come to this Sunday's
Psychic Fair, buy the book, and tell me that you read about the discount, you can purchase the book
for $20 flat, no shipping, and I'll pay the taxes for you. What do they say? Such a deal!

More Afterlife Ideas
11:56 am mst
On March 21, 2013, I posted some of the psychics' ideas about what happens to animals after they cross
to the other side. Thank you to the people who responded to the post with their own stories of encounters with their animals
after the animals had died.
Today, I want to follow-up with an excerpt from my interview with
Jesse Ann Nichols George about the afterlife. Jesse and I had an amazing interview. If you want to know more about Jesse,
or listen to her radio show, check her website at www.jesseannnicholsgeorge1.com.
My questions are in Italics and Jesse's answers are in the regular font:
What do you think happens when people die?
A lot of people go into a reflective period, looking back
on their life and what they have learned. It's like taking a home-study course. There are many lessons to be learned.
In one lifetime, someone can check off the lessons which have been learned. Then, they can see which lessons can be explored
in future lifetimes. People decide how to go about learning the new lessons. They determine which situations or people or
other souls will provide those lessons and which soul agreements need to be made to connect with other souls. There is an
infinite source of knowledge at hand. Some souls like to hang out on the other side and enjoy themselves for a while. It's
like Spring Break. People plan their future incarnations and integrate what they learned in their last lifetime.
Do you think that people reincarnate only on Earth or do you think they have a choice where to go?
my understanding, we are always progressing. I feel like Earth has become the best place for that work so Earth is usually
where the more-evolved souls go. As a soul, we tend to progress from plant to animal to human forms. Perhaps people who love
cats, were once cats. People who love dogs, were once dogs. Or maybe things shift based on whether they liked or didn't
like those lives.
So you think our soul starts out as a plant . . .
because we learn from each aspect. We learn those pieces first hand. As we progress, we understand what each life form has
Gee, you would think that people would have more empathy for animals!
You would, but every time we incarnate, we lose our total memory. Psychic gifts allow us to tap into that Divine well and
understand. As people evolve as souls, many of them become vegetarians. It raises their energy vibration.
One of the things I've asked other people is where animals go when they die and if they reincarnate. Apparently,
you think that they reincarnate.
Absolutely. They have roles and responsibilities just like humans have roles and
responsibilities. Cats and dogs are very involved and are often ready to progress into human lives. Horses too. Horses are
sensitive and intuitive animals. Cats are one of the biggest known "familiars." They are psychic and sentient beings
which are in training for psychic and intuitive work as human beings. Dogs can be more family-based as humans.
So because you are psychic, in a previous lifetime, you might have been a cat?
Could have been a cat,
or a cow, or a horse. There are patterns in the incarnations, depending on our messages and our lessons.
What do you think? You can contact me at gail@MyPsychicSearch.com.
